This paper described the fact that we pre-process sample by SPE, then Semi-volatile Organic compounds in drink source water were analyzed by GC-MS method, the result was discussed.
The results showed that the method was simplicity and the repeatability was evaluated. It was suitable for analysis of the volatile, semi-volatile neutral and basic components in flue-cured tobacco.
