In some seminiferous tubules, few "multinucleated giant cells" could be seen, spermatogenic cells badly felled off. 睾丸生精小管中支持细胞形态模糊不清，各级生精细胞排列疏松，部分小管中生精细胞严重脱落，有的管腔出现多核巨细胞。
