Objective: to provide anatomy data for the transposition of vascularized flap of magnusadductormuscle tendon to repair the defected tibial collateral ligament.

The magnusadductormuscle tendon was supplied from the articular arterial branch of descending artery of knee, which contributed to the arterial network of knee joint.
