Which may go out before them, and which may go in before them, and which may lead them out, and which may bring them in; that the congregation of the LORD be not as sheep which havenoshepherd.
可以在他们面前出入，也可以引导他们，免得耶和华的会众如同没有牧人的羊群一般。

And he said, I saw all Israel scattered upon the hills, as sheepthathave not a shepherd: and the LORD said, These have no master: let them return every man to his house in peace.
