Forcasting method of surge trouble based on high_accuracy fan performance model is put forward in order to realize surge trouble forecasting of axial fan adjusted with rotary and stationary vanes.

This article describes the existing defects of power supply unit in rotary kiln 'fan, the reconstruction procedure and the effect after finishing reconstruction.

The study shows that the separation size is related to the rotary velocity of the turbo, the wind volume and the wind pressure of the exhaust fan, the structure and parameters of the turbo.
