Results Utilizing lactic acid dissolution and alcohol precipitation technology could prepare granules of chitosan lactate, which had characteristic absorption peak in infrared spectrum.

The transmission spectrum and the absorption spectrum of alcohol shows that the characteristic absorption peak shifts with alcoholicity due to the molecular configuration.
