A new computer model suggests the next solar cycle will be more active than the previous one, potentially spawning magnetic storms that will be more disruptive to communication systems on Earth.

A powerful solar eruption has disturbed radio communications and could disrupt electrical power grids, radio and satellite communication in the next days, NASA said.

Solar panels will generate enough electricity for the satellite communication and navigation system and for lights.
