  Above 1450 ℃,liquid phase sintering became dominant and material shrank intensively.

• 烧成

  The results show the glaze surface has excellent metallic luster effect when the ratio of SiO2/Al2O3 is 10,the amount of nucleation agent is 5wt% and the amount of lead oxide is 40 wt%,and with the suitable sintering system.

  实验结果表明:当SiO2/Al2O3比为10,析晶剂的含量为5wt%,PbO的含量为40wt%时,在合适的烧成制度下,釉面具有良好的金属光泽效果。

• 易烧性

  Reuse of water purification sludge as silica material, with modulus (KH=0.91, IM=1.30, SM=2.37), the effect of the sludge on clinker sintering and properties of the clinker were studied.

  1.利用杭州水业集团排放的污泥配料烧制水泥,KH=0.91,IM=1.30,SM=2.37,研究不同掺量对生料易烧性和熟料性能的影响。

  A series of experiments were carried out on Direct Metal Laser Sintering(DMLS) of 316 stainless steel powder.

  采用直接金属激光烧结的方法,对316不锈钢粉末进行了一系列激光烧结实验。

• 焙烧

  The optimum preparation condition is as follows: reactant concentration is 0.25 ~0.3 mol-L"1, precipitator concentration is 0.2 ~ 0.4 mol-L'1, pH is 8~9, reacting temperature is 60~70癈, sintering temperature is 600癈.

  反应适宜的条件为：反应物浓度为0.25～0.3mol·L~(-1)，沉淀剂浓度为0.2～0.4mol·L~(-1)，pH值为8～9，体系温度为60～70℃，焙烧温度为600℃。

  Adding trivalent transition metalions,reducing additives’ particle size and controlling the sintering schedule can significantly reduce the grain size,lower the porosity,increase the number of grain boundaries and enhance the grain boundary barrier,thus effectively improve the potential gradient of ZnO varistor.

  采用三价过渡金属离子掺杂、减小添加剂粉料颗粒粒度以及控制合理的烧成制度,能明显减小晶粒尺寸,降低气孔率,增加晶界数目,提高晶界势垒,从而有效提高ZnO压敏电阻片的电位梯度。
