The effect of coconut amine on the viscosity and stability of residue asphaltene system was studied and the change in viscosity and colloid stability with coconut amine content was discussed briefly.
The results show that n, Ndipropynoxy methyl amine trimethyl phosphonate possesses high inhibiting efficiency and geometric blocking effect.
