The paper presents the application of DNA03 digital levelling instrument in settlement measurement.

Residual clay in the foundation of Shenzhen airport runway was studied. In combination with settlement measurement data, the engineering properties of residual clay were analysed.

It is applicable to the requirements of measurement accuracy, stability high customer for the settlement enterprise to provide the best basis for measuring.
