Results All the patients were diagnosed as tracheal stenosis with different degrees, among which 5 cases were confirmed as right upper tracheal bronchus.

Results Multi-slice helical CT show all 14 foreign bodies, included 8 in trachea, 4 in left main bronchus, 2 in right main bronchus.

On the section through right superior lobar bronchus, the posterior segmental vein descended between posterior and anterior segmental bronchi.
