ResultsAll of herbs in Baihu Decoction contain calcium. Gypsum had the highest content of calcium, followed by RhizomaAnemarrhenae and Licoroce, Rice had the lowest.

CONCLUSION the content of saponins in commercial herbs of RhizomaAnemarrhenae from various districts is different in some extent, and the influence factors of the quality should be investigated.
