Female patient, 24 years old, with a large number of acne scar on her face, which are mainly "volcano-like" and "ice-like" atrophic scars, while accompanied by sebaceoushyperplasia.

Histopathologic change showed mainly that basal cell like cells hyperplasia and the cells differentiated to hair follicle and sebaceous gland ducts.
