Article55a passenger ship certificate shall be effective for a period as granted by the shipping administration authority depending on her seaworthiness; however it shall not exceed one year.
第55条(客船证书之有效期间)客船证书之有效期间，由航政主管机关视其适航性核定之。但不得超过一年。
