In this paper, running performance of single-axlebogie is deeply analyzed, and the feasibility of using single-axlebogie in urban vehicles is discussed.
The optimum parameters arc picked up which will ensure the single-axlebogie for better comprehensive performance including lateral stability, riding quality and negotiation.
In the 3rd chapter, the design of the single-axlebogie is introduced in detail, and it is shown that the main parts and assemble may be different from the conventional bogies.
