This research will provide certain theoretic backgrounds for seawater boron removal.

On the basis of analyzing the semiconducting material removal rate of EDM and making semiconductive modification for CVD diamond thick film by boron-doping, EDM of the thick diamond film was realized.

The removal of boron in brine was researched, in which magnesium hydroxide produced in seawater or brine and resin were adopted respectively.
