Missing safety bolt caused turbine to continue turning at excessive speed while neighbouring turbines were shut down. The turbine was damaged.

Safety bolt is set on the valve body, when the pressure in the cylinder is too high, safety diaphragm will burst automatically to ensure the safety accident cases, for the safety of the bottle.

The safety belt is easy to fit as there's no need to bolt it to seat belt anchorage points.
