Objective: Observation of sodiumhyaluronateinjection for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis clinical effect, improve the level of clinical treatment.

All patients were treated with laser, while the treatment group were added with sodiumhyaluronateinjection in articular cavity. Once a week, the course of both group were 5 weeks.
全部病例采用激光治疗，治疗在此基础上加玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射，每周1次，5周为1疗程。

Patients in group B first took celecoxib capsules for 3 weeks, and were given sodiumhyaluronateinjection into their knees for 5 weeks in combination, with a total treatment course of 5 weeks.
