In this paper, the factors of affecting the rateofbiodegradationof plastic materials were studied, and the conditions of enhancing the rateofbiodegradation were discussed.
For an ideal cells scaffold, it has to possess certain biodegradationrate, good cells affinity, three dimension of multi- porous structure, as well as included controllable released growth factor.
The biodegradationrate was greatly influenced by the sediment content and the initial concentration of petroleum contaminants, and such effect was different from one degradation stage to another.
