Referring to the environment of South China Sea, the profile coefficient of wind load to platform is analyzed and calculated by both wind tunnel test and referring related criterion of platform.

Based on the standard deviation and variation coefficient, soil water change in the profile could be divided into four layers by cluster analysis.
