A pulse Doppler radar seeker simulation system is established, by using the simulation system the performance of pulse Doppler radar seeker is evaluated when jammed.

Besides, the simulation of electromagnetic pulse coupling with computer box is important for the research of electromagnetic compatibility, interference and defense of computer system.

The simulation, resulted from the pulse compression system with linear FM and Tangent FM signals, is presented and analysed for the useful conclusions in this paper.
