An injection mould with half-parting inlaying structure was developed based on the analysis on forming process of wiring terminal positioning fixture with nine-thread pedestal.

Based on vortex shedding flowmeter work theory and manufacturing technique, we used positioning fixture to fill with the technique requirement, guarantee the quality and raise efficiency.

By means of the synthetic analysis of the factors that affect the positioning error, the basic concepts of the robustness of fixture positioning scheme are presented.
