This paper introduces the work about the hardware and the software in renewing the process computer for the EPMA (Electronic Probe Microanalyzer).

The microstructure and properties of the composite coatings were investigated by optical microscopy, X-ray diffractometer, electron probe microanalyzer and a skimming wear machine.

By research with electro-probe microanalyzer(EPMA), we found that the surface density and the interface combination status of the coating is the key factors that effect its anti-oxidation.
