  The method of homogenated extraction was used to extract oligomeric proanthocyanidins from larch bark,using yield and purity of oligomeric proanthocyanidins as index. Based on single-factor experiment,Box-Behnken experiment design was applied to optimize the extraction process.

  采用匀浆法从落叶松树皮中提取原花青素,以得率和纯度为指标,对匀浆提取过程中各因素在单因素试验的基础上采用Box-Behnken试验设计法进行了优化。
