Either party may terminate the Agreement for no reason or for any reason, provided that the terminating party has given the other party 90 days priorwrittennotice.

Each party has to furnish the other party at least 60 days with priorwrittennotice for termination or change in this Agreement, otherwise this Agreement shall be deemed to extend automatically.
任何一方终止合同或变更合同内容，均需提前60天书面通知对方，否则，本合同被视为自动延续。

Seller may increase any price hereunder on the first day of any calendar quarter-yearly period by delivering or mailing writtennotice to Buyer at least fifteen (15) days prior to such day.
