New random class for random number sequence.

The PRFM pulse sequence is composed by 16 fixed-width and fixed-amplitude short pulses, in which the duration between two neighboring pulses is determined by pseudo-random number sequence.

This paper proposes a new RFID secure protocol which uses the mechanism that the random sequence stored in the tag produces the pseudo random number to replace the random value generator.
