In countries with widespread nurse shortages, the public health system does not have the capacity to contain a vector-borne illness or to control the spread of contagious diseases.

Objective: To explore the possibility of applying emergency nursing plan and improving the capacity of emergency nurse in public health emergence rescues.

The nurse shares with other citizens the responsibility for initiating and supporting action to meet the health and social needs of the public.
