  The two-dimensional nonisothermal injection filling process of Polypropene melt was simulated using Polyflow software. The distributions of velocity,pressure,temperature and shear rate for polypropene melt in injection filling in the mould cavity were analyzed.

  使用CFD软件Polyflow,数值研究了注塑机注射充模过程中模具型腔内聚丙烯熔体的二维非等温流场,分析了不同时刻模具型腔内熔体的速度、压力、温度和剪切速率分布。

  The experiment results showed that the best dosing ratio of media to reactor should be 35% , it also indicated that the polypropene suspended carrier was better than the polyethylene carrier in hanging membrane.

  试验结果表明,两种填料在35%的投配率下流化效果和充氧能力最好,但是聚丙烯比聚乙烯填料挂膜效果好,成膜均匀;就填料的形状来说,圆柱形填料比空心球填料的挂膜效果好。
