Liquid level transmitter of pump tank, concentration analyzer, crossflow regulating valve and automatic crossflow model were improved and PID parameters of regulating loop were tumed.

It is proposed in this paper that a relay regulating loop be added in the hoist current signal of large power shovel so that rational coordination between hoist and crowd capacities can be obtained.

After the dynamic configuration of speed loop is studied, its regulating manner is selected to meet the demand of no error and anti-disturbance.
