The effect of ionomer styrene-sodium acrylate(SAA-Na) on the crystallization and melting behaviors of polyethyleneterephthalate(PET) was investigated by using differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).
Polyethyleneterephthalate (PET) films were polymerized in solid phase, the molecular weight, molecular weight distribution (MWD) and cyclic oligomer content of the products were determined by GPC.
By analysis of the production of polyethyleneterephthalate (PET), the adjustment and effect of esterification process using purified terephthalic acid (PTA) purchased outside were discussed.
