In this article we have theoretically and experimentally discussed how the deformation of a stressed thin plate is measured by real-time holography with bso-crystal and automatic hologram calculation.

The method of using CCD to measure the constant of hologram grating in real-time when the grating is under manufacturing is discussed.

A new design for real time reconstruction of soft X-ray in-line hologram has been proposed.
