Second, inorganic-organic nononetwork particles have been prepared with silylated MCM-48 through post-polymerization composite path and a pre-polymerization composite path.
The effects of reaction conditions were studied, including the kind of solvent, polymerization temperature, the concentration of template and initiator, rotational speed and pre-polymerization time.
Besides increasing the catalyst activity, the pre-polymerization can not only raise the bulk density and isotacticity of the PP product, but also significantly diminish the cracking of the PP powders.
