METHODS Totally 130 sterilized owned instruments and 30 loaned medical instruments were collected. The cleaning efficacy was monitored by testing the residualprotein.
The results showed that there were good linear relativities between the equilibrium swelling quantity, protein dissolution and residual amino acid content.
