This technique used in the present analyzer can non-destructively measure light metals' residual stresses with depth resolution, such as beryllium, by altering measuring and evaluating method.
The research result shows the location accuracy by the method is better and improves more than original location result in residual error, evaluated error, epicenter distribution and focal depth.
