PCI local bus, which is widely used for its high performance, is one of the most competitive bus criterions for software radio technique.

This paper puts forward the signals transmission method combining the MSK technique with the radio technique of frequency modulated ultra short waves.

In this paper, software radio development abroad in military application is introduced, typical examples of systems and plans are given. Future prospect of software radio technique is discussed.
