  Methods:41 eyes of 40 cases of deep stromal herpetic keratitis were divided into 2 groups randomly. All the cases were given routine treatment with acyclovir and 22 cases of experimental group received subconjunctival injection of sinogen.

  方法：将深层单疱病毒性角膜炎患者40例41眼随机分为两组，给予无环鸟苷常规治疗，治疗组22例23眼在常规治疗基础上加用赛若金结膜下注射。
