Western nations are trying to use India's "profligate reproductive behaviour" to force Delhi to accept legally binding emission reduction targets, India's environment minister said today.

At present, the task force has been established with the University of Melbourne, Australia, academic ties, has recently started cooperation in medical students reproductive health education projects.
