Engaging in activities for the storage or disposal of solidradioactivewaste without a licence or at variance with the relevant provisions of the licence is prohibited.
禁止未经许可或者不按照许可的有关规定从事贮存和处置放射性固体废物的活动。

This Law shall not apply to the prevention and control of Marine environmental pollution by solidwaste or of environmental pollution by radioactivesolidwaste.
