The analysis and summarization, the projection character of Angle bisector is proved on theory.

To study the intersection visibility of two general place planes, this paper set the planes as two faces of front and backs from the point of projection character of a space plane.

We present a method to construct image feature vector using edge and projection of character image. The composing way and normalizing of feature vector are shown.
