The paper introduces the hydraulic pipeline flushing technique by high efficient wear resistant cleaning ball.

In order to provide adequate flushing time for oil circulation system, it is discussed how to cut down the installation time of oil pipeline arrangement for a better chemical cleaning method.

Experiements of application of pickling control agent in online acid cleaning of flushing ash pipeline were introduced.
