The concentration of serum Bone-specific Alkaline Phosphatase (BAP) and Tartrate-resistant Acid Phosphatase (TRAP) were measured by ELISA kits of IDS.

Colorimetry was used to measure the level of serum tartrate resistant acid phosphatase (TRACP).

The serum estradiol(E2) was significantly decreased, the activity of serum alkaline phosphatase(ALP) and tartrate resistant acid phosphatase(TRAP) was markedly increased.
