Through studying the relation between logarithm of the concentration and power of the penetration distance, the kinetics type of diffusion along dislocation has been found.

The results show that bright images used in gray scope can assure the measuring error scope within 5% of spray cone angle and the measuring error scope within 1% of penetration distance.

However, the radial penetration distance of umbrella spray was much shorter than that of multi hole spray and the umbrella spray Angle decreased rapidly in the early stage of spray development.
