Where other laws or administrative regulations provide that penalty shall be imposed on a unit for the same act, the unit shall be penalized in accordance with the provisions there.
其他法律、行政法规对同一行为规定给予单位处罚的，依照其规定处罚。

Article 2 the handling of administrative penalty cases by customs houses shall be governed by these Provisions, unless it is otherwise prescribed by any law or administrative regulation.
