  The extraction process and content examination were studied with the methods of orthogonal test and spectrophotometry compared with Rutin; then the total flavonoids from Ramulus Mori (RMTF) were extracted with the methods of phytochemistry and examined.

  以芦丁为对照品,运用正交设计试验及分光光度法,对桑枝总黄酮(the total flavonoids from Ramulus Mori,RMTF)的提取工艺、含量测定进行了探索;然后,采用植物化学方法提取并定性检测桑枝总黄酮,进而开展动物降血糖药理试验。
