 听斑是由支持细胞和毛细胞等两种细胞上覆耳石膜 (otolithic membrane)所组成的结构。  细胞顶端具动纤毛(kinocilium)和静纤毛(sterocilium) 的毛细胞为平衡感觉细胞。
