This paper introduces the different pile warp knitted fabrics knitted on single and double needle bar warp knitting machines and its application in practice, and gives some mature technology.

Analytic hierarchy process is applied to the design of orthogonal test in research in double needle bed-long pile warp knitting and the conditions for obtaining clear yarn appearance are obtained.

While pile group construction, later pile would make the former pile tilt the balance, elevation, warp or even break.
