During the simulation of the secondary lateral suspensions for the high speed passenger vehicle with no-bolster bogie, the effective using semi-active control to improve the ride comfort are studied.

The load spectrum of the bolster spring is determined by means of establishing the mechanics model of bolster and spring of Zhuan 8a type bogie, and by using a known load spectrum of the bolster.
