Fluorenone derivatives have been used as electron transporting materials in organic photo conductor (OPC) device and their electric and optical properties were studied.

A hybrid integrated optical pickup device was designed and prepared through optical design and chip design. It consists of micro lens, photo detectors and CMOS integrated circuits.

Since the fluorescent biochip diagnosis device has little optical loss due to a short interval between the biochip and the photo-detector, excellent sensitivity can be provided.
