In this paper, we discussed the transition selection rule of electrical dipole radiation in atom physics by the parity theory and angular momentum theory in quantum.

The paper describes a brief deduction to have the parity selection Rules of Quanta Transition, Spin Selection Rules and other Selection Rules about Symmetric kinds by the method of Group Theory.
