• 硝西泮

  Phenobarbital,nitrazepam showed good linearity(r≥0.9976)in the rang of 0.1～40.0μg·ml~(-1),and the limit of quantitation was about 0.02μg·ml~(-1),The recoveries of six central nervous system drugs were 55.78%～82.33%.

  苯巴比妥、硝西泮在0.1～40.0μg·ml~(-1)范围内均呈良好线性关系,最低检出浓度为0.02μg·ml~(-1)。

• 硝基西泮
